What is the Eco4 Scheme?

It is worth noting that this final phase of ECO is a different scheme to previous ones and the criteria has been updated. For example, those who receive Disability Living Allowance or Income Based Jobseekers Allowance are no longer eligible for this scheme but those receiving Universal Credit may still be able to access ECO4.
